KYOSO® simulators meet the highest standards for the motion system, the “driving feel”, and for a motorsport simulator overall. Thanks to state-of-the-art FIA®-certified D-BOX high-performance actuators with a load capacity of up to 750 kg, we are able to simulate the movements of a real vehicle very precisely—including the full Z-axis, i.e. the up-and-down movement of the entire simulator. The integrated vibration modules in the actuators also transmit, among other things, engine RPM and any other vibrations such as road surface/ground, kerbs, ABS and TC interventions, tyre wear, “flat spots”, etc. to the driver. The immersion created by motion and vibration is unique and connects driver, vehicle and track. Complex and imprecise seat-mover and traction-loss constructions are a thing of the past.

The design of the KYOSO series is unique and defined by an elaborate, high-strength “no-flex” tubular construction whose laser-assisted manufacturing technology comes directly from the automotive industry. The frame is lightweight, compact, and serves simultaneously as cable routing between the different components. This gives the simulators a “clean look“. Another highlight is the display technology used. A triple-screen setup with 3 x 55-inch displays (each 4K / 120 Hz) makes every drive a visual experience as well. Alternatively, other screen sizes are available, as are single-screen configurations such as a 57″ curved monitor (7K /240 Hz). This makes the system very suitable even where space is limited.

If desired, KYOSO® simulators are delivered to the customer “ready-to-race“. In our Manufaktur workshop, customers have the opportunity to configure THEIR simulator individually. We offer extensive customisation in the area of seats (upholstery, colours, embroidery, logos) and seat shells (including carbon), colours and bi-colour paint finishes, and carbon packages in various versions—and, of course, with components such as steering wheels or pedals. All KYOSO® models are CE-certified and approved for 24-hour operation. Depending on the intended area of use (private or commercial), suitable models are available.

MAKii® – ultra-compact motorsport simulator from the HOS Manufaktur featuring a unique Direct Motion motion system. The MAKii combines a minimal footprint, state-of-the-art components and—like its big brother KYOSO—a powerful FIA®-certified motion system that can transmit not only movement but also vibrations to the driver. The unique design of the motion system directly at the driver’s seat (“Direct Motion”) enables a particularly realistic driving feel despite the very compact construction.

The components used correspond to those of the large full-motion systems: high-performance pedal system, direct-drive force-feedback steering system with genuine motorsport steering wheel and carbon shift paddles, button box, genuine racing seat, and much more. Pedals, seat and steering wheel are adjustable for maximum ergonomics and the perfect seating position. And of course, our professionals tune the system individually to our customers’ requirements. Regardless of the simulation used, MAKii® simulators offer outstanding ergonomics, driving enjoyment and quality. The unique design allows very convenient entry and exit. In addition, all models feature a PC integrated into the frame structure. Only a network cable and a power cable exit the frame at the front of the simulator. Thanks to the experience of our design and engineering team, no compromises in performance are required despite the compact design: the high-performance PC can be equipped with the fastest components available (e.g. the latest NVIDIA/AMD RTX/RX graphics cards and INTEL/AMD processors). The integrated 360 mm water cooling ensures low operating temperatures and provides performance headroom.

SHORI® – a top static model in the “skeleton design”. Entry at the highest level.

The key difference is that SHORI® simulators are static simulators, i.e. they do not have a motion system (“motion”). Thanks to the unique frame design, entry and exit are extremely convenient, and seating position and ergonomics are exceptionally good.

CANDY – static motorsport simulator with aluminium frame

High-performance pedal system, direct-drive force-feedback steering system with genuine motorsport steering wheel and carbon shift paddles, button box, adjustable seat, pedals and steering wheel, and much more—our standard CANDY model also offers state-of-the-art components. CANDY is an excellent basis for professional virtual motorsport.

However, compared with SHORI®, MAKii® and KYOSO® systems, the frame colour and customisation options are less extensive, and cable routing within the frame is not possible. The simulator PC features current and high-performance CPU and graphics card and is water-cooled as standard. Handbrake and shifter can be retrofitted, various screen configurations are possible, and motion can be retrofitted.

CANDY systems are focused on commercial use, but are also frequently used by private customers. The service package is fundamentally the same as for all other simulators from our Manufaktur.
