CONSULTING & PLANNING

Who could advise better than someone who has been running a successful sim center since 2017. All the experience of the now third “evolution stage” of our own sim center flows into your planning as well as the experience from the numerous customer projects at home and abroad. In addition to general planning and consulting, we are also able to carry out detailed electrical and data network planning.

The focus of the planning lies in the areas of operating software, simulators (hardware), entertainment and technology, as well as services (including vehicle & track branding)

SOFTWARE

An “operating system” is also essential for a sim center. Control of simulators, collection of customer data, evaluations, general driving operation, groups and events – there is a lot to do, often even in parallel. In order to be able to work economically successfully in the long term, these processes must be efficient and fulfillable with minimal personnel deployment. As the operator of our own large sim center, we are very aware of these requirements and have equipped our in-house software solution LOUNGECONTROL with a variety of tools and functions that support us in this. Regardless of whether it’s a single driver, group or event – LOUNGECONTROL offers the right functions to offer customers a reproducible, high-quality sim racing experience with minimal use of personnel. LOUNGECONTROL is used in 17 countries worldwide. We would be happy to present LOUNGECONTROL and all other technologies and possibilities to you at a personal appointment on site in our flagship store in Böblingen.

SIMULATORS

The many years of experience from countless customer projects and of course from our own sim center gives our customers the certainty that what we plan, manufacture and deliver meets the requirements for commercial use. Our simulators are equipped with motion systems from the market leader DBOX, which are the only ones in the world to be FIA®-certified. Of course, we also realize centers with exclusively static systems as well as mixed variants. Our manufactory simulators are flexible in terms of equipment, materials and surfaces, components, coloring and screen configuration and are adapted to commercial use in every variant. Design and manufacturing take place exclusively in Germany. We only use components from leading brand manufacturers.

ENTERTAINMENT AND TECHNOLOGY

“A few simulators in a vacant office floor are not a Sim Center.” Customers are right to expect more than just the mere fulfillment of the offered service. “The eye eats too” also applies to our industry, and any operator who wants to reach—and retain—as many customer segments as possible must do more than the obvious. This applies to all areas: hardware (simulators), software (center operating software), entertainment, and technology (center equipment). In all areas, we offer sophisticated solutions, innovative ideas, visions, and years of experience.

SERVICES

All products and services are equipped with comprehensive service offerings. To ensure reliable sim center operations, we have taken technical and organizational precautions such as remote desktop support, on-site technician service, on-site installation and training, a 24/7 online ticket system, and, of course, the use of suitable hardware for the simulators, servers, and infrastructure.

We create vehicle liveries for our customers and develop complete vehicles based on 3D data and technical documentation. Customer logos and advertisements can be placed on racetracks, and additional billboards can be set up should there be insufficient advertising space available.
