LOUNGECONTROL
... is a modern and innovative management solution that makes the commercially successful operation of a sim center possible in the first place. Different modules provide support in different areas: customer data management, control of simulators and leaderboards, integration of online bookings, meaningful reporting and much more. LOUNGECONTROL automates, optimizes, analyzes and reduces personnel deployment, thereby lowering operating costs.
Large groups, events or a full booking calendar no longer seem daunting with LOUNGECONTROL. Local and global leaderboards, top lists, different driving modes and our in-house "Driver Performance Index" activate the "competition gene" of customers and motivate more competition among each other. More competition means more revenue.

“Traffic Server” bypasses the limitations of the standard server and enables the combination of computer opponents and (almost) any number of human drivers. As an alternative to the classic circuit, “Street Racing” is a valuable addition to the portfolio for sim center operators. It appeals to new customers and offers new possibilities. As usual, we record the results of the drivers on a dedicated leaderboard that was developed only for this driving mode. We also offer our own in-game app for displaying the scoring system. All new functions are integrated into the automations and workflow tools of LOUNGECONTROL.

SIM CENTER MANAGEMENT and ONLINE BOOKING are inseparably linked. Booking, payment*, online check-in, and the handover of the booking to Sim Center Management together form a seamless workflow for the customer and for the sim center operator. Our online check-in captures customer data (including for large groups) and reduces waiting times at the center. Direct creation of servers and groups from a booking, and individual assignment of drivers to a simulator—also directly from a booking—simplify the workflow and reduce manual intervention and effort.

EXPERIENCE AND PASSION
Since 2017, we have been successfully operating the “Virtual Racing Lounge” in Böblingen (near Stuttgart, in southern Germany). Currently, up to 16 simulators are available to our customers there on almost 600 square meters. This makes it one of the largest centers in Europe. You can find out more about the VRL here.
